Information Required to Set You Up
To set you up on our system we need the following info please...

What We Need
Photos
- At least 8 photos of the exterior of the vehicle: front, back, both sides, and all four corners looking in (preferably in nice surroundings).
- Show all extras such as light-bars, catwalks, alloy wheels, etc.
- Interior photos: bed, fridge, microwave, inverter, dashboard, lockers etc. Include pictures of the plate inside the door.

MOT & Dashboard
- All vehicles will need to have at least 3 months MOT. If less than 3 months, a new MOT would be required upon completion or handover.
- There must be no warning lights on the dashboard. A picture of the dash with ignition on needs to be included.
Truck Info
As important as it is having good photos to sell the vehicle, it is equally important we have as much info on the vehicle as possible.

Fees
If the vehicle sells while being advertised with us, only then is there a charge for our services. The fee is £1,000 + VAT.
- This can either be taken as the deposit from the buyer when a deal is agreed, or
- Paid at the end by the seller when the deal is completed.
What We Can Handle
We can deal with everything, such as setting up finance, dealing with existing finance, viewings, collection & delivery of vehicles, and all negotiations if required.
Warranty
We do not offer warranty on these vehicles, as it's haulier to haulier sale (Private Sale). We are not a dealer â we are a broker.
However, we work with a warranty provider who can offer warranty packages on used trucks (KM dependant). Please ask for more info.
Finance
We also work very closely with a finance broker who offers competitive finance packages for any new purchases you are thinking of buying. Please ask for more info. (Subject To Status)
Important Disclosures
- We need to be advised if there is any outstanding finance on each vehicle we advertise.
- We also need to be advised if there are any insurance markers on the vehicle such as Cat S or Cat N etc. We will still advertise them, but the info will be included in the advert description to be 100% transparent.
Invoice & Payment Terms
Once the deal is complete (if we have not taken the deposit at the start) we will send the invoice to you for our services. Our payment terms are strictly 7 days from the date of invoice. The reason for 7 days is because you would have already been paid in full for the vehicle.
NOTE
Photos may be edited to blank out company names and phone numbers. This looks better on the advert and helps ensure potential buyers come directly through us. Although respective buyers will normally contact us, they may still come directly to you through recognising the truck/company. If this happens and you sell the truck, we will still charge our commission.
